We welcome students of all levels and interests, and desire to create a safe and educational place for continued skill-building and personal growth. There is no prior experience required - just a willingness to learn!

Weekly Lesson Program​

Our program offers private horsemanship lessons for individuals ages 6 through adult. We use the HorseSense Learning Levels to teach the entire scope of horsemanship, so our students learn everything form how to halter & catch, groom, tack up, and do groundwork in addition to riding skills. 

​

We are a tuition-based program with 4 sessions per year, and students may commit to weekly or twice-per-week 60-min private lessons.  ​Please contact us to find out if there is instructor/lesson time availability or fill out the waiting list form!

Horsemanship Classes

Horsemanship Classes operate in 6-week courses offered within our quarterly session calendar. These classes blend riding, groundwork, safety, horse behavior, grooming, care, and

essential horsemanship knowledge. Individualized riding instruction is incorporated throughout the course,

with hands-on horse time included every week.

Classes are 90-minutes long and grouped by age.

Youth classes are offered for ages 6–17, and adult classes are offered for ages 18+.

Flex Sessions

Flex/Single-Session private lessons are also available as

staffing and arena schedules allow.

These sessions are available for anyone aged 6 through adult

and are tailored towards the student's abilities and goals. 

 

​​​​Rising Riders Program

This program helps younger kids take the next step on their journey of loving and learning about horses. Specially designed for kids ages 3 to 5 who want to progress in their skills and to spend more time at the barn, but who aren’t quite old enough or ready for our regular Lesson Program. Rising Rider students may come weekly for 50-minute lessons. This program is tuition-based and keeps the same session schedule as weekly lessons.

Lead-Line Sessions

If you have a child aged 3-6 who isn't quite ready for regular lessons yet, but would enjoy time to meet, groom, and get to ride a horse or pony, these are a great option! These sessions are available year-round so call us to schedule your session today!

Connection Lessons (Non-Mounted)

These lessons are offered to kids and adults alike. Connection lessons are educational and fun, and can be tailored to meet your interests and goals. Whether it's just learning how to groom and interact with a horse or pony, or if you'd like to learn more skills like catching, leading, and groundwork, these lessons are a fantastic option for anyone just starting out, or who would like to learn more about connecting with horses!
